Abstract. This study presents a diagnosis of User Experience (UX) and Digital Accessibility maturity within the Brazilian technology market. Through exploratory and descriptive research involving 55 Design and IT professionals, the study identifies a significant gap between theoretical knowledge and practical market application. While 75\% of participants recognize the importance of UX, over 54\% report that implementation is inconsistent or frequently subjected to budget cuts. The findings reveal that digital accessibility remains a critical weakness, with only 9\% of professionals implementing it across all projects, despite 14.4 million Brazilians having some form of disability. The research concludes that the primary barriers to maturity are not a lack of professional interest, but rather an organizational culture that prioritizes rapid delivery and immediate profit over inclusion and user-centered quality. Consequently, the evolution of the field depends on shifting the perception of design from an aesthetic tool to a core business strategy.
