Abstract. The main objective of this article is to compare the results of the quality assessment of electronic banking services using selected multi-criteria methods in a study conducted in Poland at the end of 2025. The study was conducted on a group of 570 students of the University of Warsaw in Poland, using the CAWI method. Three MCDA methods were used to analyze the results: MOORA, WPM, and TOPSIS, as well as two criterion weighting techniques (subjective and objective). The results were then compared based on their ranking positions. The convergence of the results was assessed using Pearson's correlation and Spearman's weighted correlation coefficient. To assess the divergence of ranking positions according to the selected methods, Euclidean distances between the ranking scores were calculated. The main conclusion from the research is that the methods considered can be used interchangeably in the assessment of the solutions of the type studied, but additional research is still needed. The next steps in the research should be to use other MCDA methods in the assessment of the quality of electronic banking services and to extend the research sample beyond the academic environment so that the results can be fully generalized.
